A Gentle Introduction

My North Somerset based Women’s Circles are tender, reflective gatherings held in a safe and nurturing space. Each circle invites presence, self-expression, and gentle connection with yourself and other women. There is no expectation to perform or share, only the invitation to show up as you are.

These gatherings are inspired by spiritual elements, mindfulness, creativity, and nature. Together, we slow down, explore simple practices, and honour the rhythm of our inner and outer worlds.

Benefits of the Women’s Circle

About Kim

Kim is a mindfulness teacher, mental health professional, creative guide, and gentle space holder who believes in the healing power of nature, presence, and community. Her work is rooted in lived experience, shaped by years of navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the long path back to self-trust.

For two years, Kim sat in Women’s Circles as a participant, letting herself soften into the safety of shared stories, stillness, and sisterhood. Those circles helped her feel held in ways she had been longing for, and they showed her how powerful it can be when women gather with intention and compassion.

It was this personal experience, and the deep transformation it sparked, that inspired her to begin offering circles of her own. She now brings her grounding presence, creative tools, and nature-based practices to every gathering, creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and gently supported.

Her approach is trauma informed, calm and nurturing, with an emphasis on choice, autonomy, and emotional safety. She invites women to come as they are, take what they need, and honour their own pace.

Important Note on Emotional Safety

Please be aware that these Women’s Circles are tender, reflective, and non-therapeutic spaces. During meditations, writing exercises, or sharing, past emotions, memories, or trauma may arise. While the circle is held with care and compassion, this is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health support.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You understand and accept the possibility of emotional release or difficult feelings.

  • You agree to take care of your own boundaries and pause if emotions feel overwhelming.

  • You acknowledge that the facilitator is not a licensed mental health professional, though referrals for support may be offered.

If you have significant trauma history, are currently experiencing emotional distress, or are under the care of a mental health professional, please discuss your suitability before attending.

Thank you for your courage in showing up. Your emotional safety and well-being matter deeply.
