Hi, I’m Kim - a mindfulness teacher, wellbeing coach, mental health professional, and founder of Naturally Mindful, a North Somerset–based social enterprise rooted in the belief that healing happens gently, in nature, and through creativity.

I created The Gentle Reconnection from my own lived experience of anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. Like many of the souls I now walk alongside, I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, or quietly aching for a slower, more soulful way to live.
