Disconnect to Reconnect

For those who feel drained, overwhelmed, and ready for a kinder way of being with their time

There comes a point where you begin to notice how tired you feel after certain ways of spending time.

Not physically tired, but drained.

Scattered.

As though your energy has quietly leaked away without giving you anything back.

You might notice hours disappearing into screens, scrolling or switching between things, and afterwards feeling flat or restless. You know these patterns are not serving you, yet changing them feels harder than it should. That can bring a familiar mix of frustration, shame, and self judgement.

This space exists for moments like that.

Disconnect to Reconnect is an invitation to gently step away from habits that leave you depleted and toward more nourishing, analogue ways of being. Ways that support presence, calm, creativity, and a deeper sense of ease with yourself.

Nothing here is about restriction or self control. This is about kindness, awareness, and choosing what truly sustains you.

This may be for you if…

This offering may resonate with you if:

• You feel overwhelmed or overstimulated by modern life
• You notice a sense of guilt or disappointment around how you spend your time
• You long for slower, more meaningful ways to cope and unwind
• You crave presence, calm, and creativity rather than distraction
• You want support that feels gentle, human, and non judgemental
• You feel drawn to nature, creativity, mindfulness, or photography as a way home to yourself

You do not need to be disciplined.
You do not need to have it figured out.
You need space, support, and permission to move at your own pace.

The shift this space supports

Over time, something begins to soften.

You may start to notice moments where your shoulders drop. Where your breath slows without effort. Where time feels fuller rather than rushed.

Instead of reaching for a screen out of habit, you might find yourself choosing something that truly nourishes you. A walk outside. A creative moment. Reading, cooking, noticing, making.

These are small shifts, but they matter.

This is not a strict detox.

As you reconnect with more analogue ways of coping, there is often a growing sense of presence. A steadiness that comes from being with yourself rather than distracting away from how you feel.

Many people notice that the inner voice of judgement begins to quiet. Not because they are trying harder, but because they are meeting themselves with more understanding and care.

This is not about becoming more productive or fixing yourself.
It is about feeling more at home in your own life.

What becomes possible

Through this gentle process, you may begin to experience:

• A calmer, more settled nervous system
• Less shame around how you spend your time
• Greater enjoyment in simple, everyday activities
• A deeper connection with nature and creativity
• A sense that your time is supporting you rather than draining you
• More trust in your own rhythms and needs

These changes tend to unfold quietly.
There is no rush.
Everything is approached as an invitation.

By the end of the six weeks, many people feel more grounded, more spacious inside, and more in touch with themselves.

This offering is held in a spirit of gentleness and respect.

There is no judgement.
No comparison.
No sense of needing to keep up.

You are welcomed exactly as you are, whether you feel tired, unsure, curious, or quietly hopeful.

Everything unfolds slowly, with an emphasis on ease, choice, and self trust.

What Is Included

Disconnect to Reconnect weaves together gentle practices that help you step out of draining patterns and into more nourishing ways of being.

These include:

• Time in nature, allowing your body and senses to settle
• Mindfulness practices that support awareness without effort
• Creative activities that invite expression and curiosity
• Everyday analogue activities such as journalling, that feel grounding and sustaining.

You are invited to explore what feels right for you, in a way that honours your energy and capacity.

There is no expectation to be creative in a certain way.
No pressure to be calm or mindful.
No need to change yourself.

This is about creating space to listen to what you need and responding with kindness.

Disconnect to Reconnect is held as a guided, supportive experience rather than a task or challenge.

You are not expected to overhaul your life or follow rigid rules. Instead, you are invited into a slower rhythm where small, nourishing shifts are encouraged and celebrated.

Support is offered in a way that respects autonomy and choice. You decide how deeply you engage, when you pause, and what feels right for you.

This space is especially supportive if you tend to be hard on yourself or feel overwhelmed by programmes that ask too much.

Here, gentleness is the structure.
