Disconnect to Reconnect is a six week in person programme created for anyone who feels overwhelmed by their digital habits and longs for more calm, clarity, and presence.
This is not a strict detox.
It is a supportive journey that helps you unwind the pull of your screen-time, notice your patterns, and create nourishing practices that bring steadiness back into your day.
Together, we explore slow living, mindful presence, creativity, and nature connection in a warm group setting where you can breathe again.
