On Wednesday 10 June, I'm partnering with The Tea Veranda in Clevedon for Sip & Sea Glass — a gentle, creative gathering where you'll create your own framed sea glass artwork while enjoying sparkling fruit tea and macarons. No experience needed, just come as you are. Spaces are limited and this is the first time I've brought a workshop to Clevedon, so I'd love to see you there.

Women’s Circle – Ripening, knowing your own worth
July is the fullest, richest point of the year. The fruit is heavy on the branches. The light is long and generous. Everything that was planted in spring has been quietly growing, and now it is beginning to show.
And yet — how often do we apply that same understanding to ourselves?
We are quick to see the growth in others. To recognise their value, celebrate their qualities, affirm their worth. But when it comes to our own — we hesitate. We qualify. We wait for someone else to confirm what we are not quite willing to claim for ourselves.
This women’s circle is a gentle, honest invitation to explore that.
Women’s Circle – Lammas: First Harvest, your relationship with abundance
Lammas marks the first harvest of the year. The fields are being cut. The grain is being gathered. The earth, which has been quietly giving all summer long, is beginning to offer up what it has grown.
It is a festival of abundance. Of receiving what the season has produced. Of recognising that effort, tended with care over time, eventually yields something real.
And yet, for many of us, receiving is the hardest part.
We are comfortable with the giving. With the tending, the labouring, the pouring out. But when it comes to receiving, whether that is money, recognition, rest, or simply what we are owed — something in us hesitates. Deflects. Diminishes. Decides we haven't quite earned it yet.
This circle is an invitation to look honestly at our relationship with abundance in all its forms, and in particular, our relationship with money.
Inner Lens - A Photography Wellbeing Walk on The Strawberry Line
A gentle two-hour mindful photography walk along the beautiful Strawberry Line in Yatton — finishing with drink and cake at the Strawberry Line Café. No experience needed, just bring your phone. For anyone who needs to slow down, quiet the noise, and find calm in nature.

Late spring carries a gentle richness, a sense of being held by the world as everything settles into fuller growth. This circle is a space to honour that same kind of nourishment within yourself, the slow and steady tending that helps you feel supported, restored, and well.
If life has felt demanding or a little empty, this gathering invites you to refill your inner well with compassion and care.
Connect3 – Longer Wellbeing Walk (Bank Holiday Special)
oin us for a special Bank Holiday Connect3 walk, offering a longer, more immersive time in nature to slow down, connect, and gently reset. This walk has been inspired by our recent purchase of Bristol Urban Nature Map by Urban Good. Although centred on Bristol, it also includes parts of our 'patch' - North Somerset, including areas around Long Ashton, which we’ll be exploring on this walk.
This guided wellbeing walk will take place around the beautiful Long Ashton and Ashton Court area, with a relaxed pace and space to pause, reflect, and take in the surroundings.
