Mindful Beginnings Starter Kit
This Starter Kit is going to get you ready to
slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore mindfulness in a way that feels kind, grounded, and human.
Mindfulness, At Your Own Pace
A gentle introduction to mindfulness, creativity, and nature connection, for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of trying to do wellbeing “right”.
What’s included:
Two gentle audio meditations to help you settle, arrive, and feel safe starting where you are
A page of reflective journal prompts to explore calm, connection, and self awareness in your own words
A simple mindfulness workbook to introduce the foundations of mindful living in an accessible, human way
Printable nature connection and mindful photography activities you can return to whenever you need grounding
Clear guidance to help you sense whether my workshops, walks, or sessions feel like the right next step for you
A note from me:
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or tired of trying everything, you are not alone. Many people arrive here feeling disconnected from themselves and others, wondering whether mindfulness is even for them, or worrying they need to know something before they begin.
This space is for you exactly as you are. You do not need any experience, confidence, or special way of being. Nothing here asks you to change, fix, or improve yourself. Everything is offered as an invitation, so you can choose what feels supportive and leave the rest.
Think of this as a beginning rather than a solution. A chance to slow down, feel into your body, and explore mindfulness in a way that is gentle, creative, and grounded in real life. If it resonates, you will be well prepared to step into deeper spaces with me. If it doesn’t, that clarity matters too.
Warm Wishes
